Piazzola’s tangos have been within me since 1995, when I listened to them performed by the classical chamber orchestra led by my father. So many years of maturation within me, have managed to get out of this way.
Let’s imagine that we are in a cozy and warm place, a meeting with friends and fellow artists where we begin to talk about these wonderful composers, the Tunisian H. Elyuini and the Argentine Piazolla, and each one of us expresses what he feels for their beautiful compositions and their creativity, but instead of words, we use music to express ourselves. This is how we have done it and this is how this meeting of varied and rich cultures sounds.
